Fizzing with Poetry

We were so fortunate to have the awesome author Paula Green visiting Russley School this week, thanks to the NZ Book Council, and our talented writers who won the "3rd Fabulous Poetry Competition".

For the past two days, Russley School has been fizzing with poetry... our imaginations have been bubbling with flying bicycles, skyscraper-bumps, tiger-mice and monster rain!

Thank you to all the children for taking part with such enthusiasm and sharing their fantastic ideas, and HUGE thanks to Paula Green for inspiring and encouraging all our poets.
