DO NOT PUSH THAT BUTTON!

The opening paragraphs from a promising novel, written by Year 8 author Rachael:

The button that everyone wants you to push always has DO NOT PUSH THIS BUTTON on it and sometime you wonder why it has it there. But sometimes you do something so silly that it ruins your life. Well I have pushed that silly button and it changed everything.

Sometimes that button can be good and change things you want to change but you can’t, but sometimes it does the opposite of that and can ruin your life. But for me, it made my life better. I should probably introduce myself. I’m Beth. I had a nice life, but then I pushed the button. This is how it happened...
Rachael, we wait with bated breath for the rest of the story!
