How to survive a smell in the bathroom

(To be recited in a single breath- if you can!)

First take in as much clean, fresh air as you can
like you are going underwater for the whole day,
then open the door as fast as you would
if there was a fire in your house
then sprint to the window
open it then sit down
and do your number one, two, three or four,
next flush and run out as fast as a spy
clean your hands
and get out of there before
you are discovered.

Found Poetry

Found poems take existing texts, reorder and rehash them, into a poem- sometimes keeping the context and meaning, but often completely changing it.

First, our writers went on a treasure hunt, looking for fabulous words from within the text they were given. Then, like an artist creating a collage, they played with the words, switching the order several times, until they were happy with what the ended up with. Sometimes the results were surprising!
