Moon Metaphor Poetry

The moon
the moon is a clock
the moon is an eye
the moon is a wheel
the moon is a big chunk of round gold
the moon is a sphere with hints of silver
the moon is licorice
            by Noah D

The Moon
The moon is a floating massive crumb
of sponge cake
on a puddle of black ink
with silver glitter on top
and surrounding it, weird coloured cheeses
and some even have hula hoops
            by Catherine

The Moon – by Elizabeth
The moon is a half ‘S’
the moon is a bead
it is a head
it is a smiley face
it is an open mouth
the moon is a gold banana
it is a silver hook of a pirate
the moon is a round lolly

The Moon    by Oliver

The moon is sometimes a fresh red apple.

The Moon   by Baylee
